The Service Provision Facility provides a single access point to services offered by TSD and related added value functions:
Exchange point of operational data between Time Services and Core Infrastructure facilities
Collection of monitoring data and events from Time Services and Core Infrastructure facilities for status reporting and logging functionalities
Generation and reporting of service performance indicators (KPI)
Secured web interface for providing a controlled external access to users and services data
Configuration control system for managing the deployment of new TSD elements releases and the archive of previous ones.
Help-desk tool for solving new users doubts and providing additional information to new Time Service developers.
Ticketing application for reporting and tracking issues detected by subscribed users and Time Service developers.
